Jennifer Eltringham, a white woman with glasses, smiles next to a book shelf.

I’m a user experience designer and researcher from Colorado dedicated to creating empathetic and research-powered designs that help people have easier – and more exciting – experiences online.

I started my career as a librarian, where I learned first-hand how clunky and outdated systems create blocks and frustrations for users. Equipped with this unique knowledge of user needs, I am focused on grounding my work in human-centered research insights to create products that are accessible, easy to navigate, and fun to use. You can view a portfolio of my work at the links below.

Outside of design, you can find me co-organizing the Pikes Peak Zine Fest, knitting sweaters, and studying to be on Jeopardy.
